Prices quoted are subject to the following criteria:- 

• Based on per person sharing

• Based on a minimum of 24 guests traveling

• Covers Deluxe accommodations in South Africa

• Operators reserve the option to change accommodation venues (consistent quality grading would apply)

GENERAL INCLUSIONS :

• All accommodation pricing on a double occupancy basis

• Certain Meals on 9 day tour as specified:  Daily Breakfasts, Lunches on excursions, two group Dinners in Cape Town 

• Full Board on safari (Breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, select local brand drinks)

• Airport - Hotel transfers on arrival (early arrivals included))

• Airport - Game Lodge - Airport transfers

• Hosted by Jonathan on excursions and on safari

• Professional driver and guide in Cape Town

• Travel managers along the entire journey

• Entrance fees and toll road fees on excursions

• Wine tastings and lunch on winelands tour

• The safari lodge includes 6x game drives with professional rangers and trackers. [

• Walking safari can be arranged at the lodge 

• Airport transfers in Cape Town and to Game Reserve

• Accommodation taxes, the applicable Tourism Levies & relevant Value Added Tax (VAT)/ Government Sales Tax (GST), conservation fees.

• Local flights to/from the Game Reserve  (quoted separately)

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS:

• International flights** 

• Meals and drinks not specified in the quote

• Premium drinks at the Game Reserve 

• Cancellation, baggage and medical insurance.

• Laundry services at hotel and game lodge 

• Gratuities

• Any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.

• Any items of a personal nature

* We offer guidance on the International flight options to South Africa. Note that all International Airlines open their flight schedules 11 months prior to departure. Usr your return date to calculate.

Please note that our Journey with Jonathan itinerary starts in Cape Town and ends in Johannesburg at the conclusion of the safari. [To review flights for this routing you would choose the "multi city" option on the airline's websites.

TRIP INSURANCE:

Especially in these times we cannot overstate how essential it is to purchase adequate trip insurance to protect your trip investment. 

Call or email us to discuss what type of coverage you need. You will be surprised how relatively affordable it is against the risk of losing your non refundable payments. Reassess any existing insurance cover you may have (credit cards, etc) in case these do not adequately cover the full extent of your trip to South Africa.
